The Flash Episode 3×05 New Promo Teasers

Adding Rogues and Exchanging Harry’s

Since Captain Cold and Heat Wave departed to Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash has been lacking his Rogues Gallery. In the last episode, Mirror Master and Top finally appear three years after Barry Allen entered the Berlanti-verse. Their presence and introduction into the Flarrow-verse is a prelude to the Rogue Wars later this season. During the episode, we learn Sam Scudder and Rosa Dillon are part of Leonard Snart’s gang. After being told not to spend cash after a heist, Scudder and Dillon are seen purchasing a suit and speak of spending money. Snart enters with his goons to end their relationship in a foreshadowing of the future Rogue Wars. During the scuffle, the dark matter wave from Star Lab’s particle accelerator explosion hits both Scudder and Dillon. Dillon is in prison while Scudder is trapped in a mirror for the next three years.

After escaping, Mirror Master breaks Top out of prison and goes on a crime spree. Jesse Quick’s mistake leaves Barry trapped in a mirror. To escape, the mirror must be frozen to absolute zero. Since Harry and Cisco fail, Caitlin uses her powers while everyone is distracted. Before The Flash escapes, he realizes how to use Scudder’s powers against himself. After Jesse learned her lesson, she takes down Top while Barry takes down Mirror Master. Also during the episode, Caitlin, Cisco and Harry search for a replacement Harrison Wells from the multiverse. They  locate a fit from Earth-19 named H.R. He arrives as Harry and Jesse Quick return to Earth-2. We end the episode with Caitlin showing more prevalent signs of becoming Killer Frost. Next episode, we’ll see the furthering of Caitlin’s transformation and the dynamic of the team with the new H.R.
